SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

We recommend placing separate orders to be charged accurate shipping fees:
- one order for greeting cards
- one order for books and jewelry
If you choose to mix greeting cards, books and jewelry in the same order, not to worry, we will refund the excess shipping that you will have been charged. However, please note that the refund process can take several business days.

 For books and jewelry, the shipping cost is already included in the price indicated on the relevant product page:
- For jewelry, a 10.00 euro tracked shipping fee applies.
- For 1 book, standard shipping is applied : 5.00 euros
- For 2 or more books, tracked shipping is applied : 10.00 euros

For greeting cards, the shipping cost will be applied during checkout:
- For 1 to 4 cards, standard shipping is applied : 2.30 euros
- For 5 or more cards, tracked shipping is applied : 11.50 euros


Where does my order ship from? How long does it take?

When you place an order for our handmade items and kids books, we personally package and ship your order from Ireland, where we are based.
Shipments to Ireland take 1 to 2 business days.
Shipments to destinations outside of Ireland take 5 to 14 business days.

When you place an order for our greeting cards a team of printers in the United Kingdom will take care of printing, packaging and shipping your order to you.
Shipments to the UK take from 1 to 4 business days.
Shipments to destinations outside the UK take from 3 to 10 business days.

When will my order ship?

Our handmade items and kids books will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days of having placed your order.
Our greeting cards are custom made for you and can take up to 3 business days to be printed and queued for shipment.
In both cases we will send you an email to let you know that your items have been shipped and if applicable, we will also provide you with a tracking number.

If your order should have shipped by now but you have not received an email and there is nothing in your spam box, please let us know so we can assist you.


What about customs and import taxes for international orders?

Blue Snail Garden does not assume responsibility for possible duties, customs and taxes for shipping addresses outside of the European Union.



ORDERS


What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Gift Cards from our shop.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Our greeting cards are made to order. When your order has already been printed and queued for shipment, unfortunately we will no longer be able to modify or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try our best to make it happen.

If you would like to cancel an order for handmade artwork or kids books, please contact us soon as possible. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel the order.


Sizing issue? Damaged item? Incorrect order?

In the event that your order does not fit you, please let us know so that we can find a suitable resolution.

We do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, once in a blue moon it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect item. Please send us a message via our contact form, within 5 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include a photo (jpeg) of the item you received, with a short description of the issue so that we can begin the replacement process if applicable.**

**Since some of our products are one-off, unique pieces of art, a replacement may not be possible. In this case we will work together to find a suitable resolution.

**We can replace an item in the case of poor print quality, however this may not be possible in the case of inevitable colour variance. We do our best to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and colour variability of screen settings, the actual colour may not be exactly what you see on your screen.
