How much does shipping cost?
To check how much shipping costs for your order, add the desired items to the shopping cart then click on Estimate Shipping at the bottom of the shopping cart.
*Free standard shipping on orders over 50.00 euros (for cards and books only)
(over 65.00 euros for countries in Oceania).
What about customs and import taxes for international orders?
Blue Snail Garden does not assume responsibility for possible duties, customs and taxes for shipping addresses outside of the European Union.
Where does my order ship from? How long does it take?
Your order is shipped from Cork, Ireland.
Shipments to Ireland : 1 to 2 business days.
Shipments to destinations outside of Ireland : 5 to 14 business days.

When will my order ship?
Generally your order will be shipped with 2-3 business.
If your order includes an item that is made to order, we will have it made and ship everything together within 5-10 business days.
We will send you an email to let you know that your items have been shipped.
If your order should have shipped by now but you have not received an email and there is nothing in your spam box, please let us know so we can assist you.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Gift Cards from our shop.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Many of our greeting cards are made to order. When your order has already been printed and queued for shipment, unfortunately we will no longer be able to modify or cancel the order. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try our best to make it happen.
If you would like to cancel an order for a book, please contact us soon as possible. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel the order.
Damaged item? Incorrect order?
We do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, once in a blue moon it may happen that you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
Please send us a message via our contact form, within 5 days of receiving your order so that we can begin the replacement process if applicable.*
*We cannot replace an item in the case of inevitable colour variance. We do our best to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and colour variability of screen settings, the actual colour may not be exactly what you see on your screen.
